Had a new boiler installed 2 years ago. A replacement for a back boiler so not staight forward. Completed in the quoted time. No issues. Excelent standard of work. 2 yearly checks done all to same standard and always as scheduled. An excellent company.

Very professional friendly company I would recommend them to anyone. We are in our very late 70s and think there service is second to none.
New boiler installed. Contacted UK Gas when experienced no hot water, to which Ian said he didn't know about the boiler and so it had to be fixed by the manufacturer's qualified engineer, who found the fault was due to a mis-aligned temperature sensor at time of boiler installation. A Poor "bare minimum" service only by UK Gas, would not recommend or use ever again.

Great boiler service, not only making sure all gas readings were within those specified as safe but also a close look over the boiler to make sure there could be no problems in the near future. Arrived on time and not only resolved the issue but was also willing to answer other unrelated questions regarding the boiler and demonstrate what to do.

Uk gas has serviced my boiler for a number of years now.I would not hesitate to recommend ukgas. They are reliable polite and honest. They keep you upto date with their time of arrival. I reported a fault online and Ian rang me straight away and informed me that I should ring the manufacturer of my boiler and they sort my problem free of charge also told me how to stay safe until they came. He could have came out repaired my boiler and charged me but he didn't. That to me is definitely putting the customer first. Nothing is ever a problem.

Made an appointment with uk gas for a boiler service which unfortunately I had to cancel due to a Dr's appointment,it was no problem for uk gas and another appointment made,Ian was actually early service carried out no problems found and all explained to me,told to get in touch anytime if any future problems arise I've no hesitation in recommending Ian in the future.
Just moved back to Washington and was looking for a local company to service my boiler and unvented hot water cylinder. I contacted them over the phone and arranged date and time and they immediately followed up with email and texted me on the day. Ian (Engineer) arrived on time serviced boiler and cylinder and replaced safety valve which was passing there and then without any problems. I paid on the day and received the certification. I would not hesitate in using them again and would recommend them to anybody looking for a local reliable company

Get the boiler serviced by UK Gas every year. They always send a reminder, which is great. Asked for quotation to replace 4 radiator valves, got quote next morning then once I had accepted I got a phone call the same day and it was booked in. Very prompt and efficient service - would highly recommend this company.
Very professional service! Clear and easy booking, through to the engineer carrying out services on our factory warm air heater and combi boiler, and documentation and invoice being sent. Issue was identified with our main supply that all previous engineers had missed, all remedial works now arranged with supplier thanks to this. Can highly recommend, will continue to use in future for business and personal.

When Ian came it was clear that my boiler was beyond repair, and although had a lot on changed his workload round so that he could fit me in, came as promised on a Saturday morning removed my old boiler - fitted a new one and even wired my replacement thermostat in F.O.C.
It is a rare thing to find these days someone who goes over and above to fit me in around current workload and I even got a follow up text a couple of days later making sure everything was working.
A very pleasant experience and would highly recommend them in an instant.
